Internet problem

This is super weird, yesterday I had internet. Today however, it says "ethernet doesn't have a valid ip configuration". I have tried using different internet cables, solutions from multiple YouTube videos and websites. I even did a factory reset on my pc witch did not help.
The strange thing is that we have a TV box on which I tried the internet cable and it works. I went in my sister's room and when I plugged my pc the internet was working on my pc.
Clearly it is not the cables because the TV box works with the internet, but I have no idea what is the problem.
Any solutions?

@Aleksandr Hristov

With it hooked up to your sisters connection where it works, then download and run minitoolbox.

Please downloaded MINITOOLBOX unzip to your desktop and run it as admin.
Checkmark following boxes:
Flush DNS
Reset FF proxy Settings
Reset Ie Proxy Settings
Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)
Click Go and Attach the log in your reply.

Then hook it up to your connection which is not working then run minitoolbox again.

Post both logs one with internet thats working and one thats not.
