Internet not working when Ethernet Connected

Whenever I plug my Ethernet cable into my wireless router booster, the Network Name is found but just says "No Internet Access" and I can't connect to anything.
It was working perfectly fine before and the problem just came out of no where. I have made sure all of my drivers are up to date (all of the ones I know about and think I'm installing them correctly).
I have even tried reinstalling windows, changing the wireless router booster and ethernet cable.
I was wondering if it could be an IP address issue or something or maybe a hardware issue.

A little bit more information please.

A lot of these on the market. Could we at least have a Brand name and model and if possible a version number.
e.g. TP-Link N300 Ver 1.
Also can we have the same details for the modem/router it is working with.

The router booster is called NETGEAR Orbi and was bought from amazon, extreamly similar to this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/NETGEAR-Tr...640921215&sprefix=orbi+internet,aps,69&sr=8-8

It's separate from the main router, which is virgin media. We have 3 of the Orbi things. 1 is a primary and is connected directly to our main virgin media router through ethernet. The other 2 are secondary which we put where we like in the house and connect to the primary Orbi wirelessly.

I'm not sure what the main specifics are of the main virgin media router are, I just know we have 200mbs download speed.
 
Can you connect via wifi to that extender and run the below command. Then plug in the cable and run the command
Open the cmd prompt and either type or copy and paste
what is in Blue. What is in Red is what you do e.g Enter (Press the Enter key)
ipconfig /all >"%userprofile%\desktop\ipconfig.txt Enter
This should put a text file on your desktop. Please attach both files in your reply.

Hate to ask the obvious. Did you reboot the extender

Yes i have tried restarting everything and even tried changing the Orbi I am plugging it into to.

When tried using your command it came back saying "The system cannot find the path specified", so I the location the .txt file would go to.
I used this command: "C:\Users\aryan\OneDrive\Desktop\ipconfig.txt

Also, it only produced this 1 .txt file.

Yes that is the one when connected through wireless.

Here's both wireless (connected through WiFi) and Wired (connected through ethernet cable)

Everything looks perfect.
With the wire connected open the cmd prompt and type in
ping 8.8.8.8 Enter
Do you get a reply Pic attached

This is what comes up when I try to ping 8.8.8.8 with ethernet connected.
I've had this problem for a while now (internet not working through ethernet) and back when it first started I rememeber doing something similar to this and it came back saying some off the packets were lost. But I can't remember what it was I pinged.

When I connect the ethernet cable and disable wifi, I have no internet at all. Is that the reason why the ping came back as "request timed out"?

Before you use winsock
Do you know how to make a restore point? If not let me know what version of windows you are using and I will show you how.
  1. Right-click on Start button
  2. Select Command Prompt (Admin)
  3. Type netsh winsock reset and hit Enter
  4. Restart your computer.

I'm not sure how to make a restore point. I currently using windows 10 - version 21H2. It says my pc doesnt meet the minimum system requirements to run windows 11.
 
  1. From the Start menu, type create a restore point .
  2. Select Create a restore point from the search results.
  3. Choose Create, and then follow the steps to create a restore point.
Have you plugged another computer in to this access point. Does it work?
