Solved Internet connection... throttled?

I'm in a pickle. My PC's connection speeds suddenly dropped early this week. I used to get ~400mbps down (Ookla, Google speed test would put it at 200) and now I get 170 (Ookla, Google has it at 10). I tried hardwiring and there is no change. All other devices on the network get the higher speeds I used to get.

I did download Hamachi Logmein the day I noticed the issue (to play Saints Row multiplayer), but I'm not sure if there was an issue before that or not. I uninstalled it with no change.

Here's what I've checked so far (based on googling):

Metered connection
P2P updates
Drivers
Malware/Virus (Malwarbytes and Windows Defender scans)
Set Limit Reservable Bandwidth to 0
Disable Windows Autotuning (was already disabled)
Disable Large Send offload

Specs:

My Router is the Google Nest Router

PC (4 months old) specs:
Asus Tuf Gaming X-570 PLUS (WiFi) ATX
Ryzen 5 5600x
G Skill Ripjaw V Series 64GB
If storage and graphics card matter I can list them.

I do graphic design and video editing so the higher speeds make a huge difference and I really want to get this back up and running! If a Windows reset is the way to go, I can do that, I'd just love some direction!
