Instructions at 0x0 referenced memory at 0x0. Memory could not be written.

The cause might've been improper shutdown for me in this case... maybe I shouldn't have been on the computer in a thunderstorm lol.
I keep getting this error and I don't know how to fix it! I've tried so many things but half the attempts to try to fix the problem couldn't be completed. Some have completed but still persist!

I've:
ran sfc /scannow - stopped at 51% Could not complete request
attempt to reset pc -but says it ran into an error so I couldn't reset.
did /chkdsk in command prompt - problem persist
system restore. - still getting this error

along with getting that error there are many other things I cannot do. I can't really play games or, go on my browser and watch videos/listen to music (my browser will close by itself)
this error doesn't come up for only one program/software (ex. Werfault, Epic games launcher, etc...) Can anyone suggest methods to fix this? I can't really do much on my PC except browsing.

and no, I'm 99% sure this is not a virus.

I can't open Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool unfortunately. The error comes up.
"Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool: WerFault.exe - Application Error"
"The instruction at 0x00007FFA29893307 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000060. The memory could not be written"

Ok thanks for the help man, really appreciate it. I guess that is my best bet right now.

Tried everything to fix it but have gotten no luck, currently saving to get a new hard drive and reinstall windows
