I'm running an old CAD program which requires an RS32 Parallel Port.
It also will only run on Win XP .
I've installed Win XP in a later PC which doesn't have an RS32 Parallel Port.

What options do I have for getting one ?

I’ve had mixed success with USB dongles that convert to parallel or serial. And a lot of the drivers are for XP so you should be lucky on that front.
I’d try and get a PCI card for it if you still can or even a 2nd hand old PC or laptop that has a RS323 port in-built.
