Inexplicable Crashes and Restarts

I did the IP reset. No noticable change. I'm currently waiting for the PC to accept turning on again before I read the bios stuff.
It's still crashing and sometimes not turning back on for some time.

Ok i read thru your thread.. I am leaning towards a faulty psu. Looking at the speecy results,you have a low cpu voltage and this will make the cpu run hot,or will not run correctly. It would be prudent to run different software to check voltages and or if you can get into your bio's and check those temps and voltages there.
Just checked the bios. It says MS-7917 Version: 1.2 but the number on the actual hardware says v1.1. I'm assuming that's just the software updating on top of what it had on v1.1.

Definitely still crashing and remaining off for anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour or so.
So you recommend a new power unit? PSU? Any particular makes or models you might recommend?

Cheers. If my voltage levels have been low etc, should I get a more powerful supply unit? My current one is 750W. Would getting a more powerful one just fry my hardware?
You can get another 750 watt psu,just get one that has a good amp on the 12 volt and 5 volt (around 30 or better,the higher the better). No the higher wattage will not damage your pc,you are still running at 12 volts,5 and 3....
Do you have a link to where you will most likely make the purchase, we can then look at the best option/s available to you, not all PSUs are sold worldwide.

A friend recommended this. It's a 1000w but he said it wouldn't be a danger and would allow the machine to draw on extra power. That's my wording, not his. He's studying IT at uni so I'm inclined to trust his suggestion.
