your pc couldn't start properly
error code 0xc0000001?

After multiple tries, the operating system on your PC failed to start, so it needs to be repaired. You need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media files (Like a disc or USB device ), Contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer.

just in case the rig is detecting another drive apart from the normal system boot drive, make sure you have no USB devices attached, or CD/DVD in the tray.

I'd be putting the drive as a secondary unit in another PC, or in a USB external enclosure and see if it can be read on another system.
you could also try creating a Linux bootable USB stick and seeing if that OS can read the drive.

but prepare yourself for that drive being dead!

I fear the answer, but when was the last time you backed up the drive or took a system image?

no driver needed (per say), nothing you can control would be a better answer.
if the drive is in another PC as a slave or in an external enclosure, that would be your best bet on retrieving data.
