do i need to get rid of it? i dont even know how at this point, what issues could their be any why is it needing to be removed to troubleshoot?

First and foremost is your thread title;

i think my 3080 is broken in the pc i bought from NZXT

We have confirmed that there is zero wrong with your GPU so technically this thread/question has been resolved and the thread should be marked and closed.

Secondly, it has been determined that all your remaining issues are internet connection related so you really should be getting help on the Networking forums.

And last but not least, being that you are having problems with an AV program you may if with my help you cannot get rid of it have to start a thread on the malware/security forums.

Entirely your choice, do you want start another thread on one of the other forums or stick with what is trying to be done to help you here.

Well... i apologies for wasting both our times. if me underperforming in both Diablo and other games including offline games is network issues and now having my VPN and anti-virus uninstalled with possible issues their i'll just contact NZXT. Have a good day

You didn`t waste anyone's time, your initial question was answered and had you not questioned the need to get rid of Norton 360 I would have helped you to remove it, as said, it was your choice.
