So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

some insights from the Speccy report.

  • go into Task Scheduler and disable all the tasks.
  • you have 3 different makes/models of RAM with different speeds. remove them all and just reseat the Corsair ones in dual channel mode, that is, in slot DIMM0 and DIMM1 (or A1 and B1), or whatever the mobo calls them.
  • go into BIOS and disable XMP mode on the memory.
  • not sure why it flags the PC as a Tablet - could be due to the Kamvas unit being connected. run the rig with that disconnected and see how it goes.
  • the 4TB Seagate H:\ drive is down to 17% free space, may be good to free up some if you can
  • also that drive SMART 01 (Read Error Rate) raw value is not 0, that hex converted to decimal is over 52 million but the Real Value is showing 0, so that is an area to be alerted on, maybe not alarmed - would be having that drive backed up at least!
  • and run the rig with only the necessary USB devices to use it, just mouse and keyboard
try all that ands see if it helps.
