My PC doesn’t recognise my mouse and keyboard, it’s not the drivers since I updated them a recently, all USB ports work and the mouse and keyboard work aswell, it’s just that my pc doesn’t read them, can you please help?

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the motherboard, the keyboard and mouse + what operating system you are running, providing these details will enable folk to better assist you.

Are they wired or wireless?
If wireless are they fully charged/have new batteries inserted?
Are they turned on?
Do they appear under device manager?

If wired then they should be just plug ‘n’ play.
How have you ascertained the PC isn’t ‘seeing’ them if the devices work?
