I need help with my PC

So for a couple months now it would be Ive had this issue where my pc (windows 10) completely restarts itself randomly like it would if you press the restart button. And it would do this at random intervals, sometimes with a blue screen sometimes none at all and just turn off and back on. so first thing I did was fully clean my pc so no dust to see and made sure all parts were in properly and things. Nope nothing it still does it. Then I tried doing a complete scan with a anti virus and removed like 3 viruses however it still continued. I even tried fully resetting it to factory settings but it would get to a point then give me an error message and reverse the changes. It also crashes everytime I open the update and security settings so I can’t update it or anything. I’ve tried several different ways and was wondering if anyone knows how it can be fixed or whether I’ll need to replace anything in the PC. Any help would be much appreciated :)

Hello

It sounds like your pc may still be infected..

Hopefully some more will be coming soon and you may be redirected to another site as we are short handed on our malware team..

You can go to Bleeping Computer and they can assist on removing any left overs.

You can on an UNAFFECTED computer download and create the install disk for windows 10 and do a complete wipe and reinstall that way. Use that same computer to download the drivers for that system.
