Some days ago I built a new pc. When I connect my gaming earphones I can listen audio but I can´t record anything (they have a mic). The mic works in other devices. Everytime I connect them it pops up a mirror called Reatek HD audio administrator, where I select earphone. If you can help me I will be very grateful. Thanks :)

Hello

Click on Start button and navigate to Device Manager. Expand Sound, video and game controllers from the list in Device Manager. Under this, locate the audio driver Realtek High Definition Audio. Right-click on it and select on Uninstall device from the drop-down menu. After you have done that, restart your pc so the software will re-stall.
