Pending OP Response I have no idea what im doing someone help me please

Laptop or Desktop?
Did it shut off during the download, or during the installation of the game?

What have you tried so far?
Have you tried making sure the PC is really off first?
Pull out the power cable and press the on button to discharge any residual power.
Then reconnect the power and turn it on, as it boots up, try getting into BIOS by pressing the usual culprits of F2, Del, or F10.

Do you see anything on the screen?

It’s a laptop. I didn’t download anything YET. I was about to download a game I had just bought but it told me no storage so I went to go delete some stuff and I opened files. Before my files even loaded everything shut off and wont come back on.

I’ve checked both ram ports and the lithium battery. I’ve tried every cord but I can’t figure it out. I’m sure there’s an issue inside of the PC but I am not good with these things so I don’t know how to check.

Ever since it stuff off it hadn’t come back on.

Let's give it an error it can't ignore.
Flip it over and under the access panels, remove the hard drive and memory sticks.
Sounds like you are already familiar in doing this. (y)

Now try and start the laptop.
If it's 'working' it'll detect that missing hardware and should beep or at least show an error message on the screen.
If it doesn't, there is something more serious that coincided with the download and full storage.

Double checking - the power LED goes on and off when the power cable is put in and out?
And are there two power LEDs - one for "power is connected" and another for "battery is charging"?
