okay, so basically i view "my computer" and i see my C drive has for instance 6,70 GB free. i check back a couple of minutes later and it has 5,10 GB free. then i check my C drive once again and i see it has 8.00 GB free. can someone explain to me what the **** is going on? and what should i do?

Hello Nero..The issue could be due to c:\pagefile.sys or c:\hiberfil.sys that can take up several GB depending on your size of RAM and other parameters. Crash Dump files can take various amount of hard disk space.

You really need to free up space on the hard drive ASAP or it is possible you could run into even more problems.

First I recommend doing a Disk Cleanup and Free Up Space.

You may wish to have your computer checked for malware to.

I hope this helps.

JB.
