So other can assist let get a speccy report.

What is the brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

what speed are you paying for and supposed to be getting?

The speccy information from post 2?

Have you also tried to reset the network setting through windows and or using commands? (Do not have to do both).

For Windows

Go into Setting
Select Network and Internet
Make sure you are under Status in the left
On the Right scroll down and select Network Reset
Read the information and then select Reset Now
Select Yes for the network to be reset and the system to reboot.
The rest before the system reboots may take a few minutes

How to reset via Command Prompt
Open an Administrator Command Prompt
type (Copy and Paste) the following Commands and press Enter

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
nbtstat -R
nbtstat -RR
netsh int reset all
netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh winsock reset catalog

Reboot your computer and see if that helps at all.

One issue is
Partition 1
Partition ID: Disk #0, Partition #1
Disk Letter: C:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: 4081DC32
Size: 453 GB
Used Space: 399 GB (88%)
Free Space: 53 GB (12%)

You are running low on space.
For windows to run properly plus 32 GB available for Windows to update. Then there is also reserved around 7-10 GB. The less space the harder the drive has to work to store data including temp files that they system uses for the program running on you C drive.

Power Profile
Active power scheme: Performance

Change to balanced and see how that works then test High.

Looks like you have Driver Easy install get rid of it nothing but crap and snake oil. Drivers should ONLY be updated to correct an issue and from the system manufacture.

When you are playing games are you on the mains (plugged into power) or battery?

Might see what happens when you disable the VPN to see if that makes a difference.

also let's see what happens during a clean boot.

I also see that you have the google DNS configured. Have seen a few that have that and issues connecting and or stable connections.

Use O&O shutup ten with suggested and somewhat suggested settings enabled.

Disable windows update, and only enable it once a week to update on your terms not whenever microsoft feels you need an update.

Uninstall Useless to you windows apps with O&O App buster.

Reboot your machine and check the issue.

Also, from your speccy log. Have you ever had Avira on this computer? This may be a sign your computer has a malware infection.

Thread closed. You need to learn some manors, cussing people who try to help you isn’t going to work in your favor ever.

There are plenty of other sites to get help from, try another one. Asking for help then not doing anything suggested , because you become enraged that it is not a one click solution. Then cuss the person who set aside his personal time to try and help a stranger... Good luck with your issue, and good luck in life if you are going to carry around with you that type of mindset and attitude.
