In Progress I got a second hand PC, and now I can't play any games, since I've tried a lot to fix fps problems.

I tried to fix the low fps problem that even I adjust low graphics in any games it still can't go more than 70 fps. I have already make sure that I didn't limited it in Nvidia Control Panel, also in game settings.

All Methods I've tried

  • Bios Updated: F36 not the lasted but it's Major vulnerabilities updates
  • Windows Reinstalled: same problem.
  • Low Graphic Adjust: Doesn't help, it suppose to not even lag but I can get only 30-40 fps even in very low graphics settings
  • Scan for Virus: No Virus but I use Windows Defender to scan
  • Enabled Secure Boot & Disabled CMS: I don't know if it impact but it's just for installed windows 11. I didn't changed it
  • Nvidia Control Panel: I've set follow Youtube for nothing but white glitch on outline of object that appear when I move
  • Power Management: Balance, Set Processor power management to min: 0% max: 100%
  • GeForce Experience: Driver Lasted Installed
  • AMD Chipset Software: I don't even know if it impacted (but I think it might caused me freeze because after I installed it. I can't get into in game) and after that I have already uninstalled it
  • XMP Bios: I enabled it
  • Check DirectX & Visual C++ Redistributable: Already Installed
  • Temperature: it doesn't seem look like a problem. I've checked it on Task Manager, HWInfo and also MSI Afterburner.
  • SSD Health: I've checked on optimize drive, I have clicked optimize to check and Current Status is OK
