I don't understand what's wrong with my Gaming PC

Can I ask if you perhaps have plugged your video cable into your motherboard instead of the video card?

The fitting of the video card should have disabled the motherboard video port, but you never know.

Do you have both power connectors on the video card securely attached.

Your PSU is right on the limit for that card.
