Hello, I have a old laptop used by my mum some time ago. It's a HP G62. Screen don't work and system work only in safe mode (sorry idk how this is named in english). When I try to run it in normal mode I have a bsod with message: "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer." I've done a hard reset (i dont know did I do it fine) and bios reset. Can I do something more before dissasembling? Thanks for help!
