Solved How to remove a stubborn driver

Status

I tried removing a driver before actually reading, the proper way to remove a driver. Now I delete the driver through the device manager because the software app just tries to install the new driver and gets an error message...Anyways...It uninstalls then I reboot and it's still there.

Have you tried booting into safe mode and attempting to remove?

Have you also tried removing through the installed application section?

Might do a system restore to a date before the removal and then follow the instruction to remove the driver?

As per Rustys post, try safe mode, and ensure the external device is disconnected. You may have to allow the driver to reinstall then try removing it with something like Revo Uninstaller:)

Hello, @greg Open your device manager and then uninstall it that way, this time make sure and check the box that reads delete driver, when you are uninstalling it.

Or download PCHunter from my signature and delete the driver with that tool.

in case anyone has an issue related
I also uploaded a copy of the pdf
(solved)

Due to a recent Windows 10 update, there is now a conflict with our drivers.
As a result, you will have to disable Driver Signature Enforcement AGAIN.... and then reinstall the drivers.
I've attached a PDF file with the instructions.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
