How to pack the motherboard for shipping

When shipping electronics back to the manufacturer they usually include a "how to pack" sheet, I would look for that for specifics.

Generally:
Put the component in a anti-static bag
Keep 25-50mm (1-2in) of packing material on all sides
Pack the components tightly but don't force them, snug is good enough
Buy shipping insurance

The retail box is usually not good enough for shipping and you might not receive it when you get your item back, but it is an option if packed inside a shipping box with the above requirements met.

Thank you for your reply, I am selling as an ordinary person the motherboard. So buy anti-static foil and wrap the plate not tightly and cover the walls with polystyrene?
