Hi!

I have in Windows 10 built-in Skype only problems with video - I own two external webcams and in settings it reports No device found., even I tried suggested options.
So, I installed old Skype version where is no problem.

Is possible to disable or remove built-in Skype from system?
If yes, how to do it?

Thank you for all.
Miro

Start, PC Settings, Apps
Right Click Skype. Uninstall.

This removes Skype App. Not Skype program.

Having said that -
I experienced the same problem. The issue was driver related and was solved.
What are the webcam model numbers?
