Not brilliant but not bad either, if you had 3200MHz RAM I reckon that you would have either matched or beaten the score here

You have confirmed that there is zero wrong with your hardware which means that the issue is software related, you may only have two options I`m afraid, uninstall and reinstall both launchers to see if that helps. if not, clean installing Windows and the system drivers will be all that is left.

We have a couple more things that we can look at before the above may need to be considered, uninstall any testing software as and when you see fit.

Will do the next two checks one at a time;

Download MiniToolBox and save the file to the Desktop.

Close the browser and run the tool, check the following options;

Flush DNS
Report IE Proxy Settings
Reset IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
Reset FF Proxy Settings
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Click on Go.

Post the resulting log in your next reply for us if you will.

I have done this twice before thinking it would do something but it is the same result. Is there a way you can update all chipset and video drivers at once rather than having to do all of them separately, if not don't worry I will contact steam again.

Start messing with drivers and you will open a can of worms and cause problems where you presently have none :(

Your issue is 100% not hardware related and we have proven this, drivers while being software related have the sole purpose of helping hardware devices communicate with each other, your issues are purely software related and as previously mentioned being that Epic and Steam have had cash from you they should be putting things right.
