Dose anyone know why my hard drive won’t let me install windows 10

What happens when you try booting from the USB installation media?
Within the BIOS is USB set as the first entry for booting? Have you tried rapidly clicking the key which corresponds to the temporary boot menu - this can be F7 or F8 or F12.
Has Windows been installed on the drive previously?
