Help with RAID 10

I need help setting up RAID 10 on a new MoBo. (Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro AC, AMD Ryzen 5, 64GB Ram)
I'm running Windows 10 currently. Looking to upgrade to 11 soon.

After a 'Storage Space' Acronis Malfunction, long story. (Read can't access RAID 5 array)
My initial thought was to run a RAID 10 array on (4) 8TB SATA HDD's. I have a 1TB SATA SSD for the OS in a removeable slot. 1TB Bkup copy also

So I followed the directions in the Gigabyte mobo manual. Set up RAID 10 in BIOS, (will not boot to windows)
Tried downloading and installing drivers. Giga. Tech. says needs clean install of windows. Tried install on a 256GB SSD
And yes, it does work, sort of, can't find the array once in win10.

Q's:
Can I somehow install RAID drivers in Win10 without a complete re-install and possible data loss? (I may be looking at this the wrong way)
How can I utilize a RAID10, in Win10, with this SATA setup; (0) CD, DVD, (1) 1TB OS, [ (2,3,4,5, 8TB SATA HDD) RAID10 ] ??

Thank You in advance of any help you can provide

I've had a few PC's come with RAID setup, and whenever one disk fails, the whole d.amn storage was inaccessible.

so I gave up on RAID in Windows ages ago and have used NAS systems ever since.
far greater choices when deciding disks, upgrading, swapping, firmware upgrades, apps, etc.
and they are independent of your PC and can be setup with Volumes and Shares for different users on your network.
they also open up a world of remote access to your data, home media library, to name a couple.

win - win!
