Hi I have a HP z320 work station and I'm wanting to upgrade the GPU, I don't have any 6 pin connectors however there is a 4 pin connector labelled p13, can I put a 6 pin adapter on this? Or is that not possible. Thanks

I have a HP z320 work station

Should that be Z230 which is an old business class/works computer.

Couple of questions and an important pointer for you;

How do you come to have a works computer - is it now for personal use

What operating system is installed, Windows 7, 8.1 or 10 etc.

You are wanting to upgrade an old PC that does not have an appropriate PSU to support an add on video card, this means that the original PSU is still present so needs to be replaced in any event, this you need to be real careful with as the PSU in this system is non propriety as in the main power connector only has 18 pins and not the universal older 20 or more recent 24 pin ATX connector.
