I have a lot of issues with the administrator password, so I am unable to use installers, so when I installed a program which I wanted on my PC which I am unable to use that much, even though any other file which I was transporting from the USB to the desktop had no problems, the program files simply didn't show up, the PC didn't even try anything, when I copied it, it just didn't do anything, just returning to normal. Please help the problem is extremely irritating, and I couldn't find any solutions. Even copying to Program Files(x86) did not work.

You can not just simply copy programs and expect them to run you will have to run the installer. There are files and registry references that need to be placed in their proper places.

As far as the Administrator password is concerned we can not assist with that due to the rules and regulation of the site that you have agreed to.
13. We will not assist with recovery of or figuring out of system passwords, for any reason.

What you could do is create a user with Administrator right and privileges and see if that helps.
