I reset my pc using USB and now have a problem. (Help!)

So I reset my Windows 10 Laptop using a USB drive, and it worked. However, I have problem that I was hoping someone can help me with. I reset it twice to hopefully remove this 'send link to your device' slot, but now there's two of them. I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they take up any...

Just a fyi, rather than starting a new thread you could have sent the person that was helping you at the time a PM and they could have updated your original thread for you.
