Solved Hard disk doesn't show up in Windows installation

Hello. I have a new laptop DELL G5 15 5590 with Linux Ubuntu OS. Well, I don't like this OS, personally. So I decided to install Windows 8.1 through USB. Everything is fine with the installation process until I reach formating disk. There are no storage drivers to format hard disks. I've tried everything I could, for example: I changed USB 3.0 to 2.0 while installing, different Windows versions, used cmd to select another disk with diskpart and list disk commands, but there I could see only my usb as a Disk 0, no hard disks. Everything's okey with my USB. Please, help me, because it is a nightmare.

Omg guys, I have a solution. You need to format your USB, for my example, in Linux Ubuntu OS, not in another PC with Windows, as I did. Here's a good example how to do this:
