http://speccy.piriform.com/results/QUCasJgpfhfCizdLv5SzbpM and the PSU is a Corsair RM850xLets also get a speccy report on the system.
Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Nah they said they had a monitor plugged in so I'm assuming only 1, i have tried running on just 2 monitors and it still black screens so not sure... i am running 1 HDMI cable and 2 display cables, all brand new cables too, i might also mention that my last graphics card a gtx 1080t did the same thing hence why I upgraded to the 3080 but still doing it so i don't think its the graphics card. But did they actually say " we had three screens hooked up all throughout testing "
Not being pedantic but unless they actually verbally said that to you I would not be taking their test results as gospel, how for example do you run a PC at max for 24Hrs without actually being in attendance, it would not be safe for starters as an overheating PC is a fire hazard.

You shouldn't use any "Driver Updater" programs. These kind of programs are completely useless on top of being harmful. If you need to download drivers for a device, download them straight from that computer manufacturer website or the device manufacturer website. This will ensure that you have legitimate and working drivers.
