Please help me. I woke up one morning and heard that all the fans are at 100% and I see my i7 is at 100*C. 2 days later, I have dusted it out completely and reapplied thermal paste 2 times yet to no avail. I noticed that if I press on the heat sync, it will drop 5 degrees, but it's still high. Idk if it is a bad connection, (I tightened the brackets as well), or the unit itself is bad.

Did you make sure to remove ALL the old thermal paste with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab before reapplying the paste? You must ensure all the old paste, from the heatsink and CPU, is removed before reapplying new paste. Otherwise you'll make things worse

What is the make and model of the computer you are using? If it is a custom computer, would you please provide the system specifications?
You can do this easily by using the Speccy application which can be downloaded here - https://www.piriform.com/speccy
From there you can save your specs by going to file > save snapshot or you can save it as a file by going to file > save as a text file.

Yes, I removed as much as I could with a coffee filter and 91% isopropyl alcohol. (A little residue left, but nothing i can do about that) Then I applied a pea size drop to it each time.
I would suggest using something other then a coffee filter to properly clean off thermal paste. A cotton ball or swab as jmarket has suggested would be a better solution.
So should I take it off and clean it again? Also, should I take out the cpu when cleaning it to get it better or not?
Yes it would be better safe then sorry to do it again using the suggested method provided by jmarket. As for taking it out, that would be up to you, but if you are accident prone like myself, taking it out would be a safer option haha

Alright guys, I did it again, and yes it is still at 100*C. I cleaned both the CPU and Heat Sync extremely well, and I tightened it very well, making sure no contact was lost in the process. I don't know what to do at this point.
This PC was built in the last week of May 2017. I have no idea why it would suddenly crap out with it not even being a year old yet.
That is a good possibility. I have a 5 year warranty on it, so I should be fine there, but going without a PC for a few days will be hard. I have submitted a support ticket to Corsair but they more than likely won't get back to me until Monday or Tuesday, so I am looking for an alternative form of help.
Yeah. I called Office Depot and they said that I should come by tomorrow and they'll diagnos it and if they can't fix it, they'll send the part out for me to the company.

Can I ask what is telling you that the CPU temp is hitting 100C, if not the BIOS, check there to see what the temps are reading.
