Open graphics card motherboard compatibility crypto GPU

Looking to purchase two of the p106-100 cards that were made for crypto mining as they are inexpensive.
A Linus Tech Tips video says they are similar to the EVGA GTX 1060 cards.

Wanting to find the cheapest mother board that would be compatible with these cards but isn't too old or not available to buy anymore. looking for something ddr4 rather than 3 if possible.

I'm rather uneducated about all of this.
Would appreciate any suggestions
