Hi
I bought new however used from ebay graphic card and my pc do not see it. I am having a message no signal and that's it. When i put my old card it works fine. I tried to uninstall old drivers, I cannot use for some reason integrated card not sure what to do? Should i update the bios? or there is some other solution? Keep in mind that this is a second card I bought these week and both did not work. Any advice will be appreciated.
Thank you

Please provide information about your computer, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM (including the amount) both add on video cards and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.

Hi recently I bought motherboard with processor and ddr4 ram MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 ATX Motherboard + Intel Core i5 12600K , Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x8GB DDR4 DRAM 3200Mhz , my old graphic card is nvidia geforce gtx760 and it is working fine but i just want some thing better and now when i am trying to instal gigabite geforce rtx 2060 and as soon as i instal it on the board i cannot get any signal and enter bios is impossible (it was the same story with EVGA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER 6GB GDDR6 Graphics Card

Hello Pawel,

You have missed the most important component, brand and model name or number of the PSU.

Was the GTX 1660 out of the box new or was that used as well.

Not around for a few hours so no rush getting back to us.

The gtx 1660 was used as well but now it was confirmed by the seller that is working fine. Power supply the best guess is Novatech 1000w but I will check and post all info later.

Hi this is my power supply. Also my new card is working on my friend pc.

Two questions for you;

How old is that junk PSU, it`s not even Bronze efficiency rated so shouldn't be used anywhere near an add on video card.

What PSU does your friend have in their PC.

Hi I do not know that I will ask him today. However I just instal Corsair RM Series RM850 850 Watt 80 PLUS Gold Certified Fully Modular PSU in to my pc and that did not solve the issue I am confused.

Only other suggestion I can make is to try another screen and/or cable, they are the last two things to rule out.

Edit to add: you past the same time as me :LOL:

Well done and thanks for letting us know that the issue was resolved.
