GPU fans out of control

Status

Hello smart people, I'm new around these blocks and honestly don't know too much about computers

So basically my GPU fans are out of control, they spin up and down (mostly when I play games), but only recently began doing this.

I un-dusted my pc two months ago and can't see any build-ups anywhere. Temperature is never high, can't think of the last time I've seen it over 60 degrees Celsius on Speccy.
I have downloaded MSI afterburner to get some more info, and the fan speeds up to around 45% and is super duper loud, even if my GPU temperature is in the 30's and the game is closed.
Fans do not seem to be responsive to any manual changes, not a personal set curve speed or manual fan speed corrections in afterburner
It has 3 fans connected to it, and one of them seems faulty. It doesn't spin in sync and keeps going up and down.

I have updated geforce drivers, tried to update bios as someone told me that might work, but the option to update via internet never did anything, pc stayed on but nothing on my screens as if it was off.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Best regards, Nicolas

Hello

Do you still need assistance?

I think my plan is to send it in in for diagnostic/repair as I still have full guarantee on it. The third fan on my GPU is making squeaky noises and does not seem to operate well and on idle GPU temps hover at 50 degrees Celsius, PSU fan is also giving me problems. Thank you for responding though :D

It is always best to use your warranty. Sometimes there is no simple fix, coming from a forum. Just so much we can do on this end.. I can close your thread and we can re-open it,by sending a pm to any admin. Please update us with the warranty fix.
