GPU/CPU/RAM Problems?

Ok so I have a computer. Here are the internal specs: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/coolhandluke_tv/saved/CJsWZL . The computer when playing H1Z1 on all low settings gets only around 100 fps. So I downloaded MSI Afterburner onto the computer and these are the results I got from that:
