Hi Guys have recently purchased and downloaded 2 apps from google play store, Checking with the playstore it states installed, but I cannot find them anywhere at the moment on my PC .Checked downloads etc ,plus hard programme folders but not a thing.....any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Apologies for double post but unable to follow my first as landed up in hospital due to my pacemaker playing up, all well now(Fully retuned!!)so will attempt to answer some of the questions asked ,
I do still require HELP.
I do have bluestacks installed (but know very little about it!)
My PC is an Acer M3910 fully updated and running windows 10
The two apps referred to are sat nav IGO 9 apps..
I did eventually get PayPal on my side and they refunded me £39 for one app which helped some what, but still have one app to find?
Whilst I am here is it allowed if I post a somewhat similar question,??? the apps I am after are to load into my car device which is a BMW E46 head unit.(it was running IGO 9 but the card became corrupt and all I get is error messages) My car comes equipped with a full media system and shows full WiFI connection when operating. But my android version is only 8 and badly needs updating, which I could do if only I could connect with google (I do have an account with them). But every google app on my system, states unable to connect to google subscribers? Is there any way that you can advise me on how to get around that one.
Thanks for original advice.

@caskin - still need help?
Yes please,I think I have listed all problems ,I also apologised for not getting back initially due to ill health with a little thing called a pacemaker...now if you could retune it that would be something!! Look forward to hearing from yourself and other forum members Thank you

Sorry caskin, quiet here due to long weekend, as Monday is a public holiday for us.

you may find it hard to get help, as not many of us (maybe even none) have played with running Androids apps on a Windows PC. or update the SatNav on a BMW.

whats the process here.... you need to update the cars Android version but first you need those two apps on your PC to do that?
can the BMW not talk to Google Play store directly?

Firstly may I apologise as I had no intention of suggesting that my post was being ignored and to be honest I never gave the bank holiday a thought...happens as you get older!!!
My main problem problem is that the apps installed in my in car device do not connect even though my wifi coverage is 90%.!!!!Plus should explain my car is a 20yr old Rover 75 connesiour looks like new, BMW built the cars with many mods, but I have installed, what was at the time(2018), the latest media centre for the car the BMW E46 android version 8.
If I could get google play store to open, that would solve all my android pc problems (at the moment)there is an android app available called "Android Auto" which takes over many of the tedious actions such as planning routes, sat nav, media and lots more.Plus I need to get my version of android updated,as it is now up to 10/11
I have done a complete factory reset to no effect....so to cut to the chase get away from cars etc and digress slightly,if I download the apps I require onto my laptop, can I download them onto my cars media device by USB? If so may I ask how?
There is a actual google android play store.APK pure.
I think half the problem is that most if not all of my google apps are too old.I can easily delete but can I installl???
As for the satnav it to was very out of date :the minute I attempted to install updates it shut down on me and has stayed that way ever since...but again via play store I can restore my sat nav

Hope I havent confused the issue too much but its amazing how a single hitch can lead to so many other snags?

Thanks to forum assistance apps were found, resulting in refund and my thanks to the forum experts.
However not wishing to push my luck, the second part of my post has now become the important part to complete my problem.
I have installed on my laptop a series of legal APK apps which I badly need to install in my cars android media device.
I attempted USB but it was not recognised by either laptop or in car device,if someone could help with this problem that would be great thanks
