Geforce 1660 Ti Core Voltage Question

So I have my GPU overclocked and during full load I noticed in GPUZ that the PerfCap Reason fluctuates between Idle and power, but it mostly sits at idle. I'm very new to GPUZ so I was wondering is that good, or do I maybe have to adjust my GPU's core voltage a bit? TBH I'm kind of iffy about doing it, the overclock was very easy (I just used the setting that Jayz2Cents used in his video for overclocking a 1660Ti) but he didn't mess with the voltage. Does anyone know how I should go about this or should I not even worry becuase as I said it seems like the PerfCap is sitting at IDLE during load with ocasional 1 second spikes of PWR. Please refer to the screenshot that I took of GPUZ and MSI Afterburner during load.
