So my gaming pc keeps crashing randomly and I have no idea why. What happens is the screens will go black and then the audio cuts out and then the computer turns off. I then have to hold the power button to turn it back on. I’ve run a stress test and it performed fine too. The problem still persisted though. I’m thinking it might be something with the power supply but I’m not sure. Any thoughts?

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).
Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.
To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:
In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.
In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.
Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box

All my games have always run properly. I usually play Warzone or valorant and it has done it to both games. It will even crash sometimes with no games open. It started about a month ago or so but wasn’t bad. This weekend it was rebooting every hour or so. I’ll try uninstalling some games too. I also just updated my motherboard.

any idea what changed about a month ago - new hardware, new software, Windows update?
have you tried using the Restore Points and going back in time to a month ago?
long shot really as the Restore Points are really built for that sort of 'back in time' snapshots.
the only other thing I'd be doing is having a current backup of my personal files then doing a windows 10 reset, firstly saving my files and apps and failing that, a fresh 'nuke it from space' reload of Windows.
PITA I know but as your start reloading all your software and updates, you'll at worst case discover the culprit or at best case, fix the issue completely.

Change power to High from balanced.
Ensure Windows has all updates - I notice auto updates are disabled.
Check the hard drive for errors.
Check RAM is fully inserted.
Check for dust & fluff in any vents.
