Solved Games dropping frames?

The new PSU is in my PC. Not seated since I'll need to alter my case to do that. Yet I still get lower frames? I'm not sure what's up? I loaded my game through geforce experience once and the frames doubled but that only happened once. After attempting it again I got the same stuttery frames.

Unfortunately no.
I sent it in under warranty, I'll see if they figure out what's wrong I guess.
So, after waiting for parts and various other things. It seems to have been a graphics card issue? I have not received the computer since it left the factory but that's what the email said. It should be fixed now, that would make sense since it struggle more with 3d intense games then others. Thank you for all the help!
