Solved Games crashing randomly, tried everything, any help is appreciated

I got a new PC almost two weeks ago. Assembled it and installed Windows 10 without any problems. Installed drivers and few games (GOG versions if it matters). All but one would randomly crash to desktop. So I figured maybe there was something wrong with the drivers and reinstalled them, crashes still occurred. Somewhat frustrated I decided reinstall Windows with hope that it will fix my problems, no such luck. So I decided to test my RAM, GPU and CPU, I got memtest86 for RAM testing, it didn't find any errors. Then I downloaded Novabench and tested everything multiple times, there were no crashes or any weird results (at least I didn't notice).

I searched for crash codes online, and saw others had them too but as it seemed to me no one was able to fix them. There were two messages that I got from Cyberpunk and I got similar message from Shadow Warrior 3, RDR2 didn't show any messages (Steam version, as I didn't find it on GOG). One message was: "Out of Memory! Failed to allocate 23216 bytes with alignment 16 from pool 'PoolGMPL_Effect' using 'DefaultAllocator'" and the other:"The thread attempted to read inaccessible data at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF" I usually get the second one, in over 90% of cases.

I have also tried changing in game settings, resetting PC, verifying files, reinstalling the games and banging my head into the wall and I even deleted all the bloatware from Windows. I'm starting to think it's a defect on hardware but I can't find anything. There is no overheating as under max load temperatures are around 60°C-65°C on GPU and 70-ish on CPU.

Specifications are:
CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X
GPU: XFX Speedster MERC319 RX 7800 XT
RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30
MB: MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi Motherboard
PSU: ATX 750W BE QUIET Pure Power 12M
SSD: Samsung 980 PRO 1TB

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600X

RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL30

The RAM is not appropriate for your CPU, AMD state here up to 5200MHz and if you have XMP/EXPO enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC will become unstable.

As a starting point;

Try restoring the MBs default factory settings in the BIOS, they are sometimes listed as one of the following " factory defaults" "most stable" or on newer boards "optimized" please note that if you have both the "most stable" and the "optimized" options in the BIOS you should choose the most stable" option as in this instance the "optimized" settings are a form of overclocking that can cause instability.

Save the new settings, exit the BIOS, restart the computer, test by using the computer as you normally would, post back with an update once you have done this.

In addition to the above;

Ensure that the Windows Power Plan is set to Balanced, Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, and the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

To keep in mind for the future, a CPU must be compatible with a MB whereas the RAM has to be compatible with both the CPU and the MB, this because a MB can be compatible with faster CPUs than the one in your list of parts and MB manufacturers often state RAM speeds that far exceed that which any compatible CPU in the board can handle.
