hello

i am trying to play league of legends, however everytime a game starts it crashes. Some other things I observed with my pc is that while watching twitch streams my screen flickers (it turns black sometimes for sometime). I also had one bluescreen of death recently.

Hope you don`t mind me chiming in folks :)

I also had one bluescreen of death recently.

Can you also do the following for us atay;

1. Copy any dmp files from C:\Windows\Minidump onto the desktop.
2. Select all of them, right-click on one, and click on Send To> New Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Upload the zip folder using the More Reply Options tab, then Upload a File tab., bottom right of the dialogue input box.

Some other things I observed with my pc is that while watching twitch streams my screen flickers (it turns black sometimes for sometime).
If only when gaming or doing anything else graphic intensive then it is often a sign of overheating or a flaky PSU, if driver related you would normally get an on screen message such as "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" have you had such a message.

Chrome was what crashed on your computer but it was driven into it by a problem with NTFS, sys, this could be a driver issue but it could also be a problem with a full or failing HDD, see info below that I have highlighted in red;

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
trace.

You missed answering the above for us.

Speccy not showing anything untoward other than you have McAfee.TrueKey installed, did you install this.

Need to take a look specifically at your HDD now, see info below;

Check the HDD with CrystalDiskInfo 7.0.0 Standard Edition which you can download from here once done grab a screenshot (possibly two) of the results and attach to your next reply for us.

To capture and post a screenshot;

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... Click on the Upload a File tab then after typing in any response you have... click on Post Reply like you normally would.

Screenshot instructions are provided to assist those that may read this topic but are not yet aware of the “how to”.

I didn't get such a message before. I think I uninstalled truekey when I first got the pc, but I didn't have any problems with that before.

Not looking like a display driver then.

Mentioned True Key as an observation but for what it is worth it is still on your computer else we wouldnt be able to see it.

Bottom of Crystal Disk screenshot is missing can we have it, the HDD from what we can see looks ok but don`t like leaving anything unchecked.

In addition to the above, open task manager and see what is using up most of your memory.

The further tests that we need to do will take you a long time so will wait on your next update before suggesting anything else for now.

No problem and HDD looks to be all good.

Your English is far better than my German so not sure what is what in your Task Manager screenshot, take a look an my comparison for the info that we need.

Btw, just took another look at your crash dmp looking for clues and can see that you have more than one driver that is failing to load.

I for some reason can't upload the picture to illustrate the information. Anyway there in total there is 8192 MB of which ~3.5 is being used, ~3.5 is in standby and around ~1k free.

Can I ask why you cannot upload the screenshot, are you getting any on screen message at all giving you a reason why you cannot upload the picture.

In addition to the above, if you look at my example screenshot you can see that Google Chrome and Task Manager are using most of the memory, when you check your Processes what does it say is using the most RAM on your system.
