Game freez and crash

Hello everybody.
I have a problem with my pc .
When i start any game , the game goes smoothly about two minutes than freez and crash.When i start it again the game doesnt crash but the game start laging.
My pc spec:
Graphic card: AMD Radeon HD 7700
Processor: AMD FX 6300 Six core
Mother board: M5A97 R2.0 (Asus)
Operating system : W10
