Frozen app into monitor

It's just a roblox app I've had AFK overnight and whilst at college, I came home to a frozen screen as if it had been punched up but after restarting, there was only the game that had been left AFK in a faded form. I use a laptop so it's just a battery my specs are Ryzen 4600H GTX1650TI Asus FA50611 Motherboard 500GB SSD Single stick 8GB 1596MHZ (22-22-22-52) Windows 10 Home 64Bit PSU is just a massive battery.
Note* I can use the PC normally, it's just faded into the background mainly is seeable on a darker background, but not too dark.

Also a note I'd like to add is that it resolves itself (SOMETIMES) after a restart and waiting about 20 minutes, my cpu has intergrated graphics and for some reason it doesnt show my main display at my gpu but my cpu, ive tried changing it before but my motherboard doesnt like it and usually crashes the pc to a point where a clean windows install is needed. I'm thinking it could be because I'm leaving it AFK in low power mode to use less power since it hasnt happened when I've fallen asleep with balanced power on.

so does it only freeze when left on for long periods, like, overnight or when you are away?

may not be connected, but Speccy shows a bunch of scheduled tasks that I would be disabling to see if they are causing the issue when they kick in, usually when the PC is left idle for hours, or at a certain time overnight.

It's just freezing when left for around 8-14hours on low power mode, But I have fallen asleep previously with balanced power and it hasnt crashed.
