Solved Freezing

Yes, finally. I did purchase a new PSU with a Gold rating. 750W. I was finally able to put it to the test yesterday and this morning and I have not experienced anything like I had previously. I still do not have my original GPU back from testing so I don't want you to keep this thread open waiting any longer for a result that we already are pretty confident we know the answer to. Obviously, the old PSU was improperly approved by both the small shopkeeper, and the big box store associate. I don't believe I withheld any information from them as to what I was running on my system, but maybe they did not grasp what was happening. Either way, your recommendation was correct and I sincerely thank you for your assistance, and patience. I will definitely refer to your forums and post any future questions should they arise.
