My PC suffers from blackouts with kernel power error 41 (63),at first they were random restarts, watching a video,on google etc.... ,for about 1 month now there have been blackouts and only when playing games, all this without previous blue screen.I have tried many things but none has helped me,among them:Restore windows, disable fast boot, disable auto reboot, custom power settings, download the latest drivers, download old drivers, test my graphics card, processor,do the ram memory test (mem test 86) and windows test, both say no error found, test the ssd (no error found),temperatures are ok,among other things

I leave you the specifications of the pc:

CPU: Intel Core i7-9700k
Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z390-E Gaming
RAM: G-Skill Trident Z 16GB (2x8GB)
SSD: NVDMe Samsung SSD 970
GPU:Gygabyte Geforce RTX 3060 TI
PSU: Seasonic Prime Ultra 850

If anyone knows anything, any solution I would appreciate it,thank you very much.

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Just read a couple more of the one star reviews and found a couple more that had the same range of RTX GPU, one dates back to 2020.

Notice that you have not installed any system drivers since the clean install of Windows, see my canned info below;

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer ** or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

** For OEM computers/notebooks such as Acer, Dell and HP etc you must only download drivers from their support page, OEMs may sometimes redirect users to a third party site such as AMD or Nvidea to obtain the latest drivers for their GPUs, this tends to be for high end gaming notebooks and desktops though.
