Solved Free software for cloning HDD to SSD

Hello everyone,

I bought a new SSD disk for my old laptop.

Now I would like to clone everything from the old HDD to the new SSD (Windows, installed programs, data etc).

Looking around I found AOMEI Partition Assistent, but the free version doesn't allow me to clone the OS.

Could you please suggest a free software to do it?

Thanks a lot
Ciccio

Easy way
Use a program Like Acronis True Image or Macrium Reflect.
Make the rescue usb and boot the computer from the usb
make an image of the drive.
Change drives
boot with usb and restore image.
If needed, then expand the partition to the full drive or make new partitions
