Frame drop issue

Alr so my issue is basically that all of a sudden out of nowhere, i started recieveing lots of frame drops on all games. Before it would run normally fine when i cpaped it at 85FPS(because of my monitor) but now it fluctuates constantly between 80 and 30. I started by updating all my drivers and repairing the games. That did not help and my benchmark test also did not reveal any issue with the gpu or cpu. The temps are normal so i dont think its an issue with that. I reset my pc and reinstalled windows and everything else but the problem still persists. I have come to the conclusion now that maybe its the ram because i only have 16GB of 3600 and its at 90% usage when im playing my game. Any inputs or ways that I could potentially fix it

Corsair LPX 2x8 3600mhz
RTX 3060ti
