Hello, I wanted to seek help from here since the problem is extremely frustrating.
I have had problems while gaming where usually my FPS drops from significantly after tabbing out. I have 2 monitors with different hz and on the second monitor I always have discord open. This doesn't happen every time, but when it does the only solution I've found has been restarting computer.
I've seen this problem happening in Rocket League and League of Legends.

I have very good build and this shouldn't happen

Both are online games, do you have any problems with playing games from disk or saved to disk and playable without any internet connection being required.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

I cant really tell because I don't play with disk or any offline games.
I'm sorry mate, I'm not really confident to post speccy snapshot since it shows decent amount of information such as location

Then you have no way of proving or disproving an internet or game server issue.

Regarding Speccy, no problem but unlike the download version a Speccy url does not reveal any personal data, not sure why you have a problem with anyone knowing your location in any event, fwiw, PCHF already knows in which country members reside, their internet connection tells us.
