So, I recently bought an Alienware Aurora R12, about 4 months ago, and I recently started having major performance issues but only in video games. I always wanted to have a nice PC, so after saving up for over a month I bought one. It was amazing from the day I got it, up until about 2-3 weeks ago. I have literally done everything possible to try to resolve this. My games have had a MASSIVE decrease in FPS for seemingly no reason, I used to be able to run Halo MCC at 120 FPS no sweat but now it struggles to keep a steady framerate in any game. I recently bought Mafia 2: Definitive Edition and it came with the Classic version, which was built to run on the Xbox360/PS3 generation of consoles, I am only utilizing 16% CPU, 18% GPU, 49% VRAM, and 50% RAM, while playing the Classic... there is simply no valid reason as to why my PC can't run this game at a solid 60 FPS.

What I've tried:
-Reinstalling the games
-Moving games onto SSD (First thing I tried)
-Messing with NVIDIA Control Panel (I know this thing inside and out now)
-Checking task manager / setting affinity and processing priority (using compatible Windows OS)
-Reinstalling graphics drivers (using DDU to uninstall / as well as many other methods to install)
-Reinstalling Windows and resetting PC to factory
-Installed all the latest Windows updates (one of the first things I did)
-Completely 'sanitized' SSD and HDD and Reinstalled Windows using External Storage (was forced after sanitization of SSD)
-Ran multiple different stress tests (passed every single test)
-Had PC physically checked by professional (everything checked out perfectly)
-Contacted Dell Tech Support (not even they can find a problem)
-Did extensive research on what the problem could be and how others solved this issue (with no luck)

Specs:
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.7 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Video Card GeForce RTX 3070
Memory 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 2TB HDD
OS Upgraded to Windows 11 in hopes it would fix issue, it did not

Please help me!
I am a console gamer just trying to join the PC master-race with very little expectations on FPS and Latency...
I just want to play games like I was able to for months before this started happening :'(

sadly since you have no responses from anyone that could offer assistance, I would have suggested a reinstall of Windows from scratch but see you have done that, then a call to Dell, but again, been there done that.

when you reloaded Windows, what was done after that?
my line of thought is, reload Windows and then just one game, and only the stuff needed to support that game, like the graphics driver.
so no Windows Updates, or printers, Office blah blah blah.
the theory being that after the reload, the PC must be back to what it was, speed wise, when you first got it.
then you may be reintroducing the problem if it is being caused by a driver, software, update, etc, conflict.

otherwise I've got nothing.
not being a gamer, and therefor not caring about FPS rates, I've never needed to go down that rabbit hole. :)
