First time builder with major issue (no video)

Just built my first pc ( https://pcpartpicker.com/list/zJbc7T ). It worked fine on the first day, except that twice, it shut down for seemingly no reason.
The following day, I had a blue screen of death. After reboot, it seemed fine.
The next day, I had another blue screen of death. 45 minutes later, another. 3 minutes later, another. And then about a minute after Windows loaded, another. At that point, I shut it down.
The following day, when I turned on the computer, I got a blue screen of death about a minute and a half after loading in. After reboot, I got a blue screen before I could even load into Windows
After that crash, Windows ran a self-fix tool. After it ran, it reverted Windows back to a time when things were supposed to be ok. When it booted after that, it seemed to be fine.
When it rebooted, I ran a Windows update. After the update and reboot, I checked Windows update and there was an optional update. I set it to run, and went to the convenience store next door. When I got back, there was absolutely no video being output... my monitor was in sleep mode, not receiving anything. And now, no matter what I try, I cannot get the pc to output video.

Including screenshots of a number of the blue screens with their error codes

I have tried getting into BIOS. But, since I cannot see anything, no matter how much I spam "delete", I have no idea if I'm even in BIOS.
I updated the graphic card's driver the day that it crashed 3 times.
I checked for loose wires/connections.
I have tried multiple monitors, and multiple hdmi's. They haven't worked, but do work with my PS4.
I am definitely plugged into the card and not the motherboard.
I have tried the graphics card in both slots.
I have moved the RAM from slots 2 and 4, to slots 1 and 3.
I have cleared cmos.

ANY help would be appreciated!

What about trying the display ports on the GPU.

After installing Windows did you then install the drivers for the MB and starting with the chipset drivers first.

Have you checked that all of the modular cables are securely connected to the PSU, MB and GPU.

1 x 24-pin EATX Power connector(s)
1 x 8-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s)
1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s)

I have not tried the display ports yet. A DP cable will be here tomorrow and I will be able to check then.

No, I didn't installed the drivers for the mobo and chipset (eek!). Not sure how to now.

All cables have been double checked and are secure.

if you can get access to another PC, and if you don't already have one, make yourself a bootable USB stick or DVD with Windows on it.
my aim would be to do another install from scratch, but of course you need a functional screen to see what you are doing.
hopefully with a bootable USB or DVD in a drive, the system will bypass the hard drive and boot from another source.
my guess here is that the problem lies with system file corruption on the current boot drive and that may be why you are seeing nothing.

or you can make any sort of bootable USB stick, like a free Linux distro for example, just to get access to the PC and so you can format the HDD.

Worked with a friend of a friend who is a technician, and here's what we came across.
While working on the issue, noticed that a white led is coming on on the motherboard and staying on when the pc is started. We tried an alternate method of CMOS and reseating the cpu in order to try and shake it, but nothing worked.
It is the tech's opinion that the motherboard is the issue. I'm going to purchase a bargain basement graphics card, and see if installing that fixes the issue. If it doesn't, it seems clear that the motherboard is the issue.

I'll reply here after I receive the new graphics card and install it if you guys would like. Also, if anyone still has any advice, I would love to hear it.
