Fans not working

Hi all, I just build a new pc for the first time and I have problems with the fans. When I switch the on button on the back of psu only the motherboard lights are working none of the fans (cpu, psu or case) are starting. I tested the psu with the one white method plugged in into the green and black the case and the psu fans are working. What I’m doing wrong here?

the PSU fan should come on but I've seen some that are thermostatically controlled, in other words, only come on when needed.
I can't tell from that photo, do you have the case and CPU fans plugged into fan header ports on the motherboard?

do the case fans not have a 3 or 4 pin jack that plugs directly into the mobo?
and take the remote out of the equation (if possible) for the time being.
double chekc the molex connections, sometimes you really need to push them in and check all 4 pins have made contact.
until the PC actual works, let's keep everything dumbed down to the basics for now.

I just found out that is possible that they are not working because the memory RAM is not installed yet? I’m still waiting for them to arrive.

Think you should wait till your PC is complete before trying to troubleshoot what may not be broken?

Will close this thread. Should you still need assistance when the pc is completely built please contact a staff member who can re open it if necessary.
